For me, 2023 was a year of travel, and for the most part, except flying, I enjoyed all of it, even the rainy days. I won’t deny that at times it was tiring when 20 years ago that was never the case, make of that what you will.  Now it is time to put my feet up as it were, look closer to home, maybe explore South Florida a little more. Yesterday, while running a few errands, one of which was enjoying a Philly cheesesteak for lunch, I noticed the wind was particularly strong, conditions that bring out the kite surfers. While grey skies and flat light always diminish the quality of  photographs, I did catch a few shots I liked.
