Traveling, whether by air, car or any other conveyance can be a pain in the butt. My happy place is a nice, comfy, well appointed hotel. My favorite places tend to be those with an interesting design esthetic and a Nespresso in-room coffee maker. Here are a three of my favorites starting with Le Capitole in Old Quebec City, followed by Hotel 1898 Barcelona, and the Bacara, Goleta California.
